Senior Housing

    Park Place Senior Apartments are 80-units of affordable, 1 and 2-bedroom rental apartments and were developed from the sale of Low
    Income Housing Tax Credits.  Residents must be 62 years of age or older.  Golden Empire Affordable Housing, Inc. (GEAHI), owns the
    development, and the Housing Authority manages it.  Along with housing, the development has an on-site manager, security systems,
    elevators, library, recreational room, gym, and a courtyard.

Village Congregational Community consists of 60 apartments for seniors and the disabled.  There are 24 studio apartments and 35 one-bedroom apartments.
