HACK periodically reviews the records of all of its Assisted
Housing Program tenants with the Social Security
Administration and the Kern County Department of Human Services.
If unreported income is found, a tenant may be terminated.
Income for all housing programs administered by the Housing
Authority must be verified by an independent third party
(employer, etc.)
