Section 8 Owners

13.  How do I add another person to my Section 8 or LIPH household?

1. Ask your Housing Specialist if the person qualifies to be added to your lease.
   
2. Obtain an Add-On packet at the Section 8 or Applications Department (LIPH).
   
3. Have your landlord sign the first page for approval.
   
4. Have the person you are adding on complete the packet.
   
5. Make an appointment to bring the person you are adding to the Section 8 or Applications Department (LIPH).
   
6. Once your Housing Specialist has signed the add-on packet, schedule an interview with the Applications Department.
   
7. Please bring all necessary documentation to the interview.
